Dell Working on Android Based MID

We’ve heard rumors about Dell jumping into the cell phone market, not the first computer manufacturer to do it and probably not the last. But the Wall Street Journal is reaffirming something it’s been saying for a while now: that Dell is working on an MID. Is this where the cell phone rumors are coming in?
